March 11-15 is Sleep Health Awareness week in New Zealand culminating with World Sleep Day on the 15th March. This year the Sleep Health Foundation New Zealand are running a campaign to raise awareness on the importance of sleep. We aim to start a million conversations by asking the question “Are you getting enough?”
